👉 *इनकम टैक्स रिटर्न*
देश के हर टैक्सपेयर की यह ड्यूटी है कि वह इनकम टैक्स विभाग को हर फाइनैंशल इयर के अंत में उस फाइनैंशल इयर में हुई आमदनी का ब्योरा दे। यह ब्योरा उसे विभाग द्वारा तय फॉर्म में भरकर देना होता है। इस *फॉर्म के जरिये दी गई पूरी जानकारी इनकम टैक्स रिटर्न* कहलाती है।

👉 *फाइनैंशल इयर*
1 अप्रैल से 31 मार्च तक के समय को फाइनैंशल इयर कहा जाता है। उदाहरण के तौर पर *1 अप्रैल 2017 से 31 मार्च 2018 तक* के समय को फाइनैंशल इयर 2017-18 कहा जाएगा।

👉 *असेसमेंट इयर*
असेसमेंट इयर फाइनैंशल इयर से आगे वाला साल होता है, जिस साल उस फाइनैंशल इयर के टैक्स संबंधी मामलों का आकलन किया जाता है। मसलन *फाइनैंशल इयर 2017-18के लिए असेसमेंट इयर 2018-19* होगा

👉 *डिडक्शंस*
विभिन्न तरह के इन्वेस्टमेंट पर इनकम टैक्स विभाग की ओर से आपको टैक्स में छूट मिलती है। ये कई तरह के आइटम होते हैं, जहां *इन्वेस्टमेंट करके टैक्स में छूट हासिल की जा सकती है। मसलन सेक्शन 80सी से सेक्शन 80यू तक जो भी आइटम हैं, उन्हें डिडक्शन के तहत* माना जाता है।

👉 *ग्रॉस इनकम*
टैक्स फ्री आमदनी और भत्तों को छोड़कर आपकी साल की कुल आमदनी जो भी है, उसे ग्रॉस इनकम कहा जाता है। *ग्रॉस इनकम हमेशा 80 सी से 80 यू तक मिलने वाले डिडक्शन से पहले वाली इनकम* होती है।

👉 *टैक्सेबल इनकम*
ग्रॉस इनकम में से *80 सी से 80 यू तक मिलने वाले डिडक्शन क्लेम कर लेने के बाद जो इनकम आती है, उसे टैक्सेबल इनकम कहते हैं।* यानी डिडक्शन से पहले वाली इनकम ग्रॉस इनकम और डिडक्शन के बाद वाली इनकम को टैक्सेबल इनकम कहते हैं।

👉 *टीडीएस*
आपकी जो भी आमदनी होती है, सरकार उस पर टैक्स काटती है। इसे *टैक्स डिडक्टेड ऐट सोर्स* कहा जाता है। जो संस्था आपको पेमेंट कर रही है, वही टैक्स की इस रकम को काटकर बाकी रकम आपको पे करती है। टीडीएस काटने का काम एंम्प्लॉयर या पेमेंट करने वाली संस्था का है।

👉 *इनकम टैक्स रिफंड*
अगर किसी टैक्सपेयर ने सरकार को ज्यादा टैक्स दे दिया है, तो वह उस रकम को सरकार से वापस ले सकता है। इस वापस आई रकम को ही रिफंड कहा जाता है। *टैक्स रिटर्न भरकर आप इस एक्स्ट्रा रकम को इनकम टैक्स विभाग से क्लेम करते हैं। इसके बाद रिफंड की यह रकम आपको इनकम टैक्स विभाग की ओर से आपके अकाउंट में* भेज दी जाती है।

👉 *फॉर्म 16*
*_अगर आप कहीं नौकरी करते हैं तो आपका एम्प्लॉयर आपको एक फॉर्म 16 देता है। यह फॉर्म अब तक आपके एम्प्लॉयर ने आपको दे दिया होगा। यह इस बात को साबित करता है कि एम्प्लॉयर ने आपकी सैलरी से अगर टैक्स बनता है, तो टीडीएस काटा है। इनकम टैक्स के नियमों के मुताबिक हर एम्प्लॉयर के लिए जरूरी है कि वह फॉर्म 16 अपने कर्मचारियों को दे। अगर आपका एम्प्लॉयर आपको यह फॉर्म नहीं दे रहा है तो आप इसकी रिक्वेस्ट उसे रजिस्टर्ड डाक से भेजें और इसका सबूत अपने पास रखें। इनकम टैक्स विभाग के पूछताछ करने पर यह सबूत दिखाया जा सकता है।_*

👉 *फॉर्म 16 A*
अगर *सैलरी के साथ-साथ दूसरे जरियों से भी आपको आमदनी हुई हो और उस पर टीडीएस कट चुका हो तो उस संस्था से भी टीडीएस सर्टिफिकेट ले लें। इस सर्टिफिकेट को ही फॉर्म 16ए* कहा जाता है। यहां हम रेंटल इनकम, शेयर, एफडी वगैरह से होने वाली इनकम की बात कर रहे हैं। एफडी के मामले में आपका बैंक आपको यह सर्टिफिकेट देगा।

👉 *फॉर्म 26 AS*
फॉर्म *26एएस एक कंसॉलिडेटेड टैक्स स्टेटमेंट* है। इसमें खासतौर से तीन तरह के ब्योरे होते हैं। पहला टीडीएस का ब्योरा, दूसरा टैक्स कलेक्टेड ऐट सोर्स का ब्योरा और तीसरा टैक्सपेयर द्वारा बैंक में जमा कराया गया एडवांस टैक्स/सेल्फ असेसमेंट टैक्स का ब्योरा। फॉर्म 26 एएस से आप यह पता लगा सकते हैं कि कंपनी या बैंक ने आपका जो टीडीएस काटा है, उसे सरकार के पास जमा कराया भी है या नहीं। इस टीडीएस का ब्योरा आप दो तरह से देख सकते हैं।
पहले incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in* पर जाएं। अगर आप पिछले सालों में रिटर्न भर चुके हैं तो आपके पास यूजर नेम और पासवर्ड होगा। इसी से लॉग-इन करें। अगर पहली बार रिटर्न भर रहे हैं तो Register Yourself पर जाकर रजिस्टर करें। यूजर नेम आपका पैन नंबर होता है और पासवर्ड आप खुद जेनरेट करेंगे। लॉग-इन करने के बाद View Form 26 AS पर क्लिक करें। अगर आप नेट बैंकिंग इस्तेमाल करते हैं तो बैंक की वेबसाइट पर जाकर View Your Tax Credit पर क्लिक करके फॉर्म 26 एएस देख सकते हैं, लेकिन इससे केवल उस बैंक में चल रही आपकी एफडी, सेविंग्स अकाउंट पर ब्याज आदि का ही पता चलेगा।

*7 टॉप गलतियां जो हम कर जाते हैं…* 🤔

*1. रिटर्न फाइल न करना*
चूंकि *आप पर टैक्स की कोई देनदारी नहीं है, इसलिए आपको रिटर्न भरने की जरूरत नहीं है, अगर आपकी ऐसी सोच है तो आप गलत हैं।* रिटर्न भरने से आजादी सिर्फ उन लोगों को है, जिनकी सालाना ग्रॉस इनकम बेसिक एग्जेंप्शन लेवल से कम है। 60 साल से कम उम्र के लोगों के लिए यह सीमा ढाई लाख रुपये है, 60 साल से ज्यादा और 80 साल से कम उम्र के बुजुर्गों के लिए 3 लाख रुपये है और 80 साल या उससे ज्यादा उम्र के लोगों के लिए 5 लाख रुपये है। जिस किसी की भी आमदनी इससे ज्यादा है, उसे रिटर्न भरना अनिवार्य है।

*2. गलत फॉर्म चुनना*
किसे कौन-सा फॉर्म भरना है, इसके लिए बाकायदा नियम हैं। कई बार लोग गलत फॉर्म का चुनाव कर लेते हैं। अपनी *कैटिगरी के हिसाब से सही रिटर्न फॉर्म चुनें* और उसे ही भरें।

*3. खाली फॉर्म पर साइन*
जो लोग किसी एजेंट के जरिए रिटर्न भरते हैं, वे अक्सर खाली रिटर्न फॉर्म पर दस्तखत करके एजेंट को दे देते हैं। एजेंट बाद में उस फॉर्म को भरकर जमा कर देता है। खाली फॉर्म पर दस्तखत न करें। फॉर्म भरने में एजेंट से गलती हो गई तो आपको दिक्कत होगी। *भरे हुए रिटर्न फॉर्म पर एक नजर डाल लेने के बाद ही उस पर साइन* करें।

*4. नंबरों पर ध्यान*
रिटर्न फॉर्म में पैन, आईएफएस कोड, अकाउंट नंबर, एम्प्लॉयर का टैन जैसी कुछ फिगर्स ऐसी होती है जिन्हें भरते वक्त गलती होने की आशंका रहती है। इन नंबरों को ध्यान से भरें। फर्ज करें *अगर आपने अपने पैन की एक डिजिट भी गलत भर दी, तो इनकम टैक्स विभाग आपके ऊपर जुर्माना* लगा सकता है।

*5. फॉर्म 16 न लेना*
अगर आपने फाइनैंशल इयर के दौरान नौकरी बदली है तो अपने दोनों एम्प्लॉयर से *फॉर्म 16 जरूर ले लें।* अपने पहले एम्प्लॉयर के साथ काम के दौरान की गई सेविंग्स और उससे हुई आमदनी अगर आपने अपने नए एम्प्लॉयर को नहीं बताई है तो हो सकता है, वह कम टैक्स काटे और बाद में आपको कम काटा गया टैक्स ब्याज सहित भरना पड़े।

*6. ब्याज न बताना*
कई बार लोग फिक्स्ड डिपॉजिट और सेविंग्स अकाउंट पर मिलने वाले ब्याज का जिक्र अपने इनकम टैक्स रिटर्न में नहीं करते हैं। उन्हें ऐसा लगता है कि बैंक ने टीडीएस तो काट ही लिया है इसलिए उस आमदनी को आईटीआर में दिखाने की अब उन्हें कोई जरूरत ही नहीं रह गई है। यह धारणा पूरी तरह से गलत है।

*7. इनकम की क्लबिंग को नजरंदाज करना*
कई लोग पत्नी और बच्चों के नाम से भी इन्वेस्टमेंट करते हैं। आप पत्नी को कितनी भी रकम दे सकते हैं, लेकिन गिफ्ट की गई रकम को आप इन्वेस्ट करते हैं तो सेक्शन 64 सामने आ जाता है। इसके मुताबिक, गिफ्ट की गई रकम से कोई आमदनी होती है तो वह आपकी टैक्सेबल इनकम में जोड़ी जाएगी। इससे फर्क नहीं पड़ता कि पार्टनर को आमदनी होती है या नहीं।
👉🏻FY 2017-18 मैं टेक्सबल आय होने पर भी return नहीं भरने पर दिनांक 31.07.18 से 31.12.18 तक 5000/- और 31.12.18 से 31.12.19 तक 10000/-जुमार्ना तय किया है।

The following office bearers will be elected every year
1 President. 2. Vice President

 District, Tehsil Pargana, Village officials will also be elected every year. I will be elected above the office bearers, besides the office bearers, the 12-member executive will also be selected.
2 . Duties of the office-bearers –
Chairman – Presiding meetings and meetings of meeting meetings and taking care of the advancement of society, according to the rules of the meeting.
Working under the chairmanship of Vice President – President and cooperating with the President.
Chief Secretary – Regarding the register of members and the running of the district, tehsil, paragana Sabha to run the proceedings and to take care of other work.
Secretary : To help the Chief Secretary in every way and to take care of her in the absence of Chief Secretary.
Promotional Secretary – To inform the meetings of the programs of the meetings and disseminate publicity of the meetings. 
Treasurer – To prepare the details of incoming and outgoing expenses of the assembly and to pass the annual session and present the budget of the advance year and to deposit the funds of the assembly in a bank or post office and keep a record of all types of funds. 
Manager – Arranging every work as per rules of the House. 
Accounting Inspector – Inspecting the accounts and income expenditure of the meeting and presenting it before the meeting.

Terms & Conditions
The following officers of the organization, whose names are addressed, are related to business and post related lists.
14. The Chief Secretary will have the right to spend Rs.50 / – and afterwards, the expenditure will be passed by presenting it in the meeting.
15. Account in Bank and Post Office – The amount of the funds to be deposited in the Bank and Post Office according to the decision of the Executive, and the right to remove the funds for the work of the funds will be to the Chairman, Vice President and Treasurer, two of the above three officers are signed. Money can be withdrawn.
16. Financial Year of the Assembly – The Assembly will start from April 1 and ends March 31.
17. Membership of the House – Every 18 year old youth can be elected by giving annual donations.
18. Members of public meetings will have a public meeting at least once in a year, in which members will choose their suitable competitor. Annual reports will also be presented on this occasion, accounting will also be presented. This report and budget will be passed by the majority by the public meeting. The villages and towns and cities will send their report to the district and the budget etc. in the province. The province will send this report to the Central Office every year.
19. The President shall be the Vice President or other member whose name shall be submitted to the House of Representatives or the claims made by the House and other legal proceedings.
20. In the above mentioned celebrations of the functioning and the gathering of the Assembly will have the right to amend the S.R. Act 1860 12-12. When the office-bearers feel or if they are attracted to the sight that the amendments and rules in the rules for the functioning of the meetings are necessary, they will submit a report before the executive meeting and after getting the permission of 315 members of the public meeting, the rules And can be revised in the first place. 
21. Membership of the meeting – Members of the meeting who will give Rs 51 / – will be able to participate in the activities of the assembly and they can be elected as the office bearers. If a member is found to be working against the rules and regulations of the House, then its membership is given after the due notice and after giving it a favorable time, if it is found to be true that he is acting against the rules of the meeting So its membership can be abolished.
22. Meetings – Meeting of the Executive will be at least once in 2 months. At least 10 members of the meeting will be called for meeting of the Executive after 10 days of giving notice to the Speaker. 
23. The quorum general meeting quorum will be of less than 1/5 total members. The quorum of the Executive shall be deemed to be done with the presence of 1/2 members. 
24. All-India Satguru Mantra Rishi Nikhil Dharma of the word of meeting in the assembly and rules of the assembly will be deemed to be Delhi.
25. If the meeting of 315 members want to end the meeting, the assembly will be terminated and the member of the assembly will be the member of the central assembly, and will be the organization of rules and regulations. In this property, I will be given the remaining amount for delivery. 
26. Every Indian province of the meeting. A branch can be established in district, tehsil, pargana, town, town, village. Each branch has to complete the work as per the rules of the meeting. If the branch is found working against the rules, then the Central Assembly will have the right to take action against such a branch. 
27. All sections of the House Registration Act 1860, XXI and the Punjab Reforms Act, 1957, as applicable to Delhi Pradesh, will be applicable to this institution.

29. On the violation of the Constitution of Naval Dharma Sabha, the Central House will have the right to terminate the membership with immediate effect.

Case 1…
Usually the age of person is about 75 in present time. A child complete his studies in the age of 25yrs Which is the one third part of his total age. After that he took some time to become social or we can say that he comes in contact with society and learn facts of social life. Approximately 5 years he took to understand the situation of present culture, problem,needs, welfare,etc. And he find conclusions about that all but in between there family pressure that its age to make him married and all they all are make full efforts and make the person single to mingle and the person gets trapped into that, he trying to get up from that and think about her career and want to do inovativ but her family pressures to generate money beta now you get married, now you have responsibility to run your own home, you have to make your wife happy, you have to make her wishes true, so finally he decided to do job and start surching Job, Job for her wife and family not for her career. And he thinks that after some time I take break and make changes and all but it’s mistake of his useless thinking. 😀 , half of the time passed in the family functions of in-lows come and go here there’s relatives etc etc. ( To become successful is only in his dream’s) if he gets some free time then he have to go far outing for weekends, for dinner, for tour etc etc. 2-3 years it will take normally sattel down till that his dream’s are only dreams, after that time family members(in-lows also) are aspects for little chams and indirectly pressure to them for did family planning after lots of chemical Cyclone in his mind finally he decided to fulfill wishes of her dear ones ( it’s an emotional pressure). Now he became father and did family planning now he started to care his wife again more then previously (that’s natural factors and it’s essential also.) After some time he became father and many hopes will are again take birth. Then he thinks that I teach all my experience of life to my child and he/she fullfil my dreams. And he again started to run in the faver of wishes of his children’s . In between his expenses get increase so he runs more for permotion, level upgrade etc etc to overcome his expenses and management of his financial conditions. Till that his dream’s are dreams only. After that her kids growing up and wishes also growing up and he is running only behind that, to control all things and keeping happy to all and invest her hole life in it only. Till that her dreams are only dreams. This cycle of life revolves around the generation….

Case 2…
The same person is unmarried in the seen.just finished his studies and come into society and gain experience. And devoted her full time towards their dreams.
As per science an age come when the person want to be mingle and need of sexual relationship. But if he didn’t get that as per science after 75 weeks automatically the thoughts are destroy and need become effective less. After that again he put her full energy into their inovativ ideas and grab opportunities. (dreams of that married person Which is dreams are always dreams still for married person) That opportunity gives hike in the age of 25-35 year when the case 1 people trapped into their life cycle and busy in fulfilling happiness of his dear ones.

Difference between success and failure is that only that successful people grabbed opportunity of unsuccessful people.

It’s very happy by getting to know about that collector of Nagaur give’s permission to make history of skill development fair on land of Nagaur. And they are fully corporation the fair also and proving so many facilities which come into their Authority, we are heartily giving thanks to them.

The successful two Fair are Held First one is in Jodhpur (SUN City) on 13th – 14th April 2016, At Suchana Kendra, Near High Court, Jodhpur 342001 .and the second successful fair is in Udaipur on 18th – 19th Nov 2016. these both fair becomes history, because ever before no fair is held like this i.e. in the fever of the students / youth or we can say that needy youth who are waiting to show their talent to the world and become known towards the general public (who know the person only but not his/ her talent) and get hick towards there career.

With the help of this programme, we get so many applications of students to JOIN us and get regular basis benefits to earn. we provides a live Project to our members, Project related to De-Warming Programme in this each student get one Laptop and Some Hard copy Of Documents to did survey. In The survey they have to visit Anganvari’s, Government Hospital’s and Health Care Booth’s Providing Facility of health care by the government in Blocks and collects the true data on working Programme of De-warming.

This Two day’s Survey done by the students in the 128 Blocks of the 33 Districts of Rajasthan and each student earn 2000/- Per Day. It is just a share of our one project done by the students.

With the help of the Talent Hunt Approx. 40 Unemployed Students get Job into their field of working.

In the Udaipur Fair of skill Development The Home Minister itself comes to give guidance to students and motivate them to become future of Digital INDIA and show the world that we are not behind from anyone in every field like technology, communication, automation, security, cyber security, etc. many more.

In First Skill Development Fair, held in Jodhpur at suchana kendra near High Court, Jodhpur. On 13th – 14th April 2016 that was the first Experience towards the skill development fair and we get to know that why Skill Development Fair is essential, their students are heartily join and take part into that fair, we don’t aspect that rush about our little step towards weal-fair of students. From there we also get motivate and decide to give the benefits of the skill development fair to all of the Rajasthan students and after all over the INDIA.

In that many organization share their Job Opportunity in front of students FDDI, FIRE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, CMI Chemical Industry, Indian Army, Low Collage, Classical Dance Teacher, Rajasthani Music Tutor and many other all share there Opportunity and give the path to students, and students also grebe that Opportunity and get right way.

In the Hole Event IGNOU Plays a vital role and become supportive hand towards us and give way to works.
